I've always wanted a GV80 and finally got one! I contacted Milan via email and we started texting on the one I wanted. He made the process very easy and never pressured me into something. I live in KC, so had multiple conversations with the sales representative, and had them look over the car for me to make sure there were no exterior defects (other than the curbed rims which I was aware of). The dealership was warm and welcoming. We were greeted immediately upon entering. We were offered beverages and were told our sales agent Steve Williams would be with us shortly. Steve proceeded to prepare the automobile for my test drive (which was great). He talked about financing and credit score. I am suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome and was having difficulty in completing the application. Steve completed the app for me to discuss with the manager regarding my ability to obtain financing. Steve familiarize me with workings of the automobile.
