I must say, buying a new car was not something I looked
I must say, buying a new car was not something I looked forward to. With that said, it was a pleasurable experience from the time I walked into the showroom to the time I drove my new car GV80 off the lot. Milan, who guided me through the entire process, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, straight forward and up front. So much so that my companion also purchased a car from him. Everyone in the sales departments was great and highly recommended.

I knew when we walked in that we were in the right place to buy a car. We walked in to an immaculate building and were greeted kindly. I found a G90 that I was interested in at this
I found a G90 that I was interested in at this dealership. I live in KC, so had multiple conversations with the sales representative, and had them look over the car for me to make sure there were no exterior defects (other than the curbed rims which I was aware of). We negotiated a deal over the phone and I drove 4 hours from Kansas City to purchase the vehicle. Upon inspecting the vehicle in person, I found damage to the body and chrome trim that wasn't disclosed to me by the sales rep. All I got was a shrug and a "sorry", and they didn't work with me at all to save the car deal, either through a discount or by fixing the damage. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not care about you or your time.

The dealership was warm and welcoming. We were greeted immediately upon entering. We were offered beverages and were told our sales agent Steve Williams would be with us shortly. Steve proceeded to prepare the automobile for my test drive (which was great). He talked about financing and credit score. I am suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome and was having difficulty in completing the application. Steve completed the app for me to discuss with the manager regarding my ability to obtain financing. Steve familiarize me with workings of the automobile. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received.
